Seramai 142 responden telah terlibat dalam pengajian yang dipilih secara</em><br><em>rawak berstrata. Tahap kebolehpercayaan bagi ketiga-tiga pembolehubah dikaji adalah tinggi</em><br><em>iaitu 0.841(Penerimaan), 0.780 (Keberkesanan) dan 0.860 (Medium). Tahap min yang</em><br><em>diperolehi adalah tinggi dalam semua pembolehubah dikaji iaitu penerimaan (4.11),</em><br><em>keberkesanan (4.15) dan medium (4.25). Analisis kekerapan, peratusan dan min digunakan bagi mengenal pasti keselesaan PdP Dalam Talian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan data melebih melebih 78% pelajar setuju bahawa pensyarah melaksanakan PdP Dalam Talian dengan berkesan. Sebanyak 33.12% pelajar tidak selesa kerana ketiadaan rakan-rakan secara bersemuka. Di samping itu, hanya 17.83% sahaja pelajar yang sangat selesa dengan pelbagai aplikasi PdP secara Dalam Talian. Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kecerdasan emosi dan komitmen guru di tiga buah sekolah swasta sekitar Lembah Klang dalam pengurusan dan perancangan PdPR. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan rekabentuk tinjauan dengan edaran borang soal selidik dalam talian (google form) kepada responden di sekolah swasta sekitar Lembah Klang. Populasi kajian melibatkan 240 orang guru manakala sampel kajian seramai 150 guru telah dipilih. Perisian SPSS digunakan untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi bagi menjawab segala persoalan kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kecerdasan emosi guru berada pada tahap yang tinggi (min = 3.92, s.p = 0.798) manakala dapatan bagi komitmen guru pula ialah pada tahap sederhana (min = 3.59, s.p = 0.975). Bagi melihat hubungan antara kedua pemboleh ubah, ujian Korelasi Pearson digunakan, telah menunjukkan nilai hubungan kecerdasan emosi guru dan komitmen guru adalah 0.470 (p-value = 0.000 &lt; α = 0.001), yang menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan signifikan positif yang sederhana antara kedua-dua pemboleh ubah yang terlibat. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dengan rekabentuk tinjauan yang melibatkan satu kumpulan responden iaitu guru Bahasa Inggeris. Responden terdiri daripada 28 orang guru Bahasa Inggeris dari tiga buah sekolah yang berlainan di daerah Semporna, Sabah melalui edaran instrument soalselidik maya (googleform). Dapatan kajian mendapati skor min keseluruhan pada tahap pelaksanaan PBD Bahasa Inggeris adalah sederhana (min=15.82 , sp=2.816) . Manakala, skor min keseluruhan tahap komitmen guru Bahasa Inggeris adalah pada tahap tinggi,(min=18.07, sp=3.962). Terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan PBD Bahasa Inggeris dengan komitmen guru Bahasa Inggeris sebanyak 60% r=0.603. Dapatan kajian tersebut, memberi implikasi terhadap teori, dasar dan latihan yang berkaitan dengan komitmen guru Bahasa Inggeris dalam melaksanakan PBD. Oleh itu, kajian kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk melihat pelaksanaan teknik penyoalan oleh Guru Sejarah dalam sesi PdPR dan kesannya terhadap KPS. Kajian ini diambil berdasarkan perspektif 406 orang murid lepasan SPM tahun 2020 yang merupakan sampel yang dipilih secara rawak mudah dan bertujuan dari sekolah-sekolah menengah di Limbang, Sarawak. Pengumpulan data daripada responden adalah menggunakan instrumen soal selidik yang ditadbir dan dijalankan melalui aplikasi Google Form. Manakala, teknik analisis data yang dipilih adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensi menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.0. Dapatan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan pelaksanaan teknik penyoalan Guru Sejarah dalam PdPR adalah pada tahap sederhana. Manakala, analisis bagi ujian korelasi dan regrasi menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan sederhana di antara semua item teknik penyoalan dengan KPS serta teknik penyoalan Retorikal menjadi faktor kesan tertinggi kepada KPS dengan nilai Beta 0.223. Kajian dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan. Instrumen berbentuk soal selidik merangkumi tiga bahagian terhadap 118 guru sekolah rendah sekitar daerah Johor Bahru yang dipilih secara rawak. Perisian Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) digunakan bagi menganalisis data min dan sisihan piawai bagi setiap persoalan yang dikaji. Rungutan pelajar disebabkan tidak mampu memiliki medium pembelajaran yang sesuai, tidak bersedia mencapai cyber e-pembelajaran kerana memiliki internet yang tidak stabil, kepenatan menghadap peralatan medium pengajaran dan pembelajaran seharian dan data statistik pelajar berhenti pengajian yang tinggi semasa era perubahan pembelajaran atas talian menjadi fenomena yang membimbangkan dikalangan pensyarah kursus Kejuruteraan Matematik di Jabatan Matematik, Sains dan Komputer di POLISAS. Kajian bersifat deskriptif telah dijalankan untuk mengetahui dengan lebih jelas tentang hubungkait gaya pembelajaran dan kesediaan pelajar menghadapi pembelajaran secara atas talian bagi kursus Kejuruteraan matematik 3 di POLISAS. Analisa diperolehi daripada 174 orang pelajar yang telah mengikuti aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara atas talian bagi kursus Kejuruteraan Matematik 3 bagi sesi Jun 2020 sebagai responden dalam kajian ini. Dua bahagian soalselidik iaitu maklumat pembelajaran dan kesediaan pelajar terhadap pembelajaran secara atas talian telah diukur. Kebolehpercayaan nilai Alfa Cronbach sebanyak 0.805 diperolehi bagi soalselidik kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati pelajar lebih mudah menggunakan kemudahan telefon pintar sebagai gaya pembelajaran semasa aktiviti e-pembelajaran dengan mendapat peratus paling tinggi iaitu sebanyak 53.4% diikuti dengan pelajar yang menggunakan komputer riba sebanyak 44.3%. Analisa kesediaan pelajar terhadap pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara maya pula mendapati, kesediaan pelajar mengikuti setiap kelas Matematik kejuruteraan 3 secara atas talian mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan oleh pensyarah mendapat pencapaian skor min yang paling tinggi iaitu sebanyak 4.20 Manakala skor min yang paling rendah pula ialah saya mudah mengakses internet untuk proses pembelajaran dengan skor min sebanyak 3.72. There are four important factors in influencing the topics studied that are related to emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion and interpersonal relationships that students have can influence the tendency of digital entrepreneurial and further venture into the field of digital entrepreneurship. This study uses an affective cognitive personality system theory that includes emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion and interpersonal relationships that are perceived as theoretical framework to determine the personality factors that Influence Digital Entrepreneurship tendencies among College Community Students in Kelantan. Data were collected through questionnaires. A total of 160 college students participated in the study. Respondents were determined based on a simple random sampling technique. Using the least squares and structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method, the researchers found that only two factors of emotional stability and interpersonal relationships that felt a significant influence on digital entrepreneurial tendencies. However, agreeableness and extraversion were not significant to respondents propensity for the digital entrepreneurship. The implication is that community colleges need to build the digital entrepreneurship courses that are in line with students capabilities and based on students personality traits in order to successfully achieve course targets. Seramai 113 murid Cina Tahun 5 yang bersekolah di salah sebuah sekolah wawasan di negeri Selangor telajh diambil sebagai sampel kajian. Hasil kajian mendapati, penggunaan strategi kemahiran menulis dalam kalangan murid Cina di sekolah wawasan secara keseluruhannya berada pada tahap sederhana, (μ = 3.29). Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti tahap kompetensi guru dan kesediaan pelajar di Sekolah Swasta, Selangor. Seterusnya, skor tahap kepimpinan pengetua mengikut demografi responde menunjukkan nilai t(148)=0.971, p=0.333. Dapatan ini membuktikan guru wanita lebih mempengaruhi perbezaan tahap kepimpinan pengetua sekaligus menjadikan hipotesis nol (Ho1) diterima. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui kepimpinan pengetua dan komitmen guru terutama semasa musim pandemik yang memerlukan komitmen jitu dalam melaksanakan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran dari Rumah (PdPR). Kajian ini membincangkan hubungan antara tahap amalan kepimpinan instruksional pengetua dengan komitmen guru dalam melaksanakan pengajaran dan pembelajaran dari rumah (PdPR). Borang kaji selidik dalam talian digunakan untuk mendapatkan maklumat sampel. Kajian yang dijalankan adalah berbentuk tinjauan kuantitatif. Populasi kajian ini berjumlah 100 manakala responden kajian terdiri daripada 80 orang guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Swasta sekitar Lembah Klang. Analisis deskriptif digunakan bagi menjawab persoalan kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap amalan kepimpinan instruksional pengetua terhadap PdPR secara keseluruhannya berada pada tahap tinggi iaitu (min = 3.94, Sp = 0.52), manakala komitmen guru menunjukkan pada tahap tinggi (min = 3.95 = sp 0.75). Analisis melalui ujian Korelasi Pearson juga telah menunjukkan nilai hubungan amalan kepimpinan instruksional pengetua dan komitmen guru adalah 0.457 (p-value = 0.000 &lt; α = 0.001), menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan dan kuat di antara tahap amalan kepimpinan instruksional pengetua dengan komitmen guru dalam melaksanakan PdPR. Kepimpinan merupakan cenderung untuk melihat kepimpinan sebagai salah satu faktor dan penyebab terhadap kecemerlangan organisasi. Kajian ini bertujuan bagi mengenalpasti hubungann kepimpinan transformasiional guru besar dengan komitmen guru yang terlibat dalam program Ts25. Kajian ini berbentuk tinjauan yang mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan borang soal selidik dalam bentuk Google Form. Kajian ini melibatkan seramai 108 orang responden yang dipilih melalui kaedah persampelan rawak dari populasi 158 orang guru dari 4 buah sekolah rendah Ts25 di daerah Muar. Analisis deskriptif berasaskan perisian SPSS versi 26 telah digunakan untuk menjawab persoalan kajian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tahap kepimpinan transformasional guru besar secara keseluruhan berada pada tahap yang tinggi (min= 4.52, s.p= 0.39) manakala tahap komitmen guru secara keseluruhannya berada pada tahap yang tinggi ( min=4.48, s.p=0.44). Analisis melalui ujian Korelasi Pearson mendapati terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kuat di antara kepimpinan transformasional guru besar dengan komitmen guru (r=0.76, p&lt;0.01). Dapatan ini telah memberikan implikasi terhadap Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia dan latihan di mana KPM perlu membuat garis panduan yang menggariskan syarat kelayakan yang sesuai mengikut keadaan semasa seperti menghadiri kursus kepimpinan transformasional sebelum meluluskan tawaran serta latihan - latihan yang diberikan oleh pihak organisasi seperti Institusi Aminudin Baki (IAB) dan NPQEL kepada calon pemimpin. Almost all levels of society like this food. Even though they have undergone food processing, meatballs are not completely safe from microbial contamination. The high protein content in meatballs can act as a substrate for the growth of microorganisms. The research has been carried out at the Padang Industrial Research and Standardization Center on 15 October-14 November 2019. Meatball samples are household and industrial production which is determined on purposive sampling in Padang City. The results showed that the sample of homemade meatballs contains the results of Escherichia Coli contamination at 4 APM/gram. The results of testing for Salmonella bacterial contamination were not found. Meanwhile, the meatball samples produced by the manufacturer showed that there was Escherichia Coli bacteria contamination of&gt; 2,400 APM/gram and the results of testing Salmonella Sp. bacteria contamination on meatball samples were not found Salmonella Sp. bacteria. Namun secara realitinya, pembentukan zon waktu solat di lapangan adalah berdasarkan faktor-faktor geografi dan pentadbiran negeri. Oleh itu, kajian ini telah dijalankan bagi menganalisa ketidakseragaman waktu solat di kawasan sempadan zon waktu solat bagi negeri Pahang. Kaedah hitungan waktu solat berdasarkan titik, iaitu koordinat tempat itu sendiri, digunakan dalam kajian ini bagi menyemak selisih masa diantara waktu solat bagi kawasan di sempadan zon dengan waktu solat zon kawasan tersebut. Dalam kajian ini, perisian e-SQIP v2.0 telah dibangunkan oleh JUPEM berdasarkan kriteria hitungan waktu solat JAKIM. Seterusnya, implikasi dari pelaksanaan zon waktu solat ke atas kawasan-kawasan penempatan di sempadan zon turut dikaji. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa selisih masa di dalam zon yang paling maksimum adalah di Zon 1, iaitu diantara Kg. Genting, Tioman dengan Brinchang, Cameroon Highland dengan perbezaan 5 minit. Kawasan penempatan yang paling padat di Zon 2 iaitu Rompin, Pekan, Muadzam Shah dan Kuantan. Manakala perbezaan waktu solat bagi kawasan-kawasan di zon waktu solat bersebelahan yang paling kritikal ialah 6 minit, iaitu diantara di Zon 2, Pahang dan Dungun &amp; Kemaman, di Zon 4, Terengganu. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) method was used to improve students' critical thinking skills in the legal science course at Ekasakti University in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The increase in critical thinking skills by applying the Problem Based Instruction (PBI) teaching model can be seen from the increase that occurred from cycle I to cycle II. The increase in critical thinking skills can be seen from the increase in the number that occurs from each indicator, namely an increase of 20-25% for each indicator of critical thinking ability. An increase in critical thinking skills is directly proportional to an increase in learning outcomes in student PAI subjects. This can be seen from the evaluation results obtained in the first cycle with an average value of 61.29%. The number of students who finished studying in the first cycle were 19 people out of 31 students with a learning completeness percentage of 57.14% including good criteria. The results of the evaluation in the second cycle there was an increase to 83.87, an increase of 22.58, the number of students who finished studying in the second cycle were 26 out of 31 students with a learning completeness percentage of 83.87%. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through discourse analysis techniques as well as questionnaire, interview and percentage techniques. Data analysis used flow technique from Miles and Habermans through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique was carried out through triangulation of theories and methods. The research subjects as many as 25 are students of class VII. The results of the study show that there are five character values in the short story Kupu-but Ibu, the following is a description of the percentage of students' characters, which are as follows; (1) The character of curiosity, it appears that 96% have very high curiosity, 2.5% have high curiosity, and 0.5% have moderate curiosity. (2) Tolerance character, it can be seen that 92% has a very high tolerance, 6.6% has a high tolerance, 1.0% has a moderate tolerance, and 0.4% has an intolerance character value. (3) Hard work character, seen 87.5% have very high hard work character, 8.5% high hard work, 3.0% medium hard work, and 1.0% do not have hard work character. Therefore, this study investigates the effectiveness of visual sketch method in improving memorisation of Form Five History facts. This quasi-experiment was carried out through a quantitative approach. The sample group for this study involved 60 students; 30 of whom were taught using the visual sketch method as the experiment group while the other 30 students as a control group. The instruments used consisted of a pre-test, post-test, and a checklist. The pre- and post-tests were conducted in order to observe the performance differences in answering structural questions for the experiment and control group while the checklist was used to examine the students’ answers for the structured section. The data obtained were analyzed&nbsp; using&nbsp; Statistical&nbsp; Packages&nbsp; for&nbsp; Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 23.0 software. Results of the study were analysed using a t-test. The mean score of the experiment group was 32.167 with a standard deviation of 3.464, showing higher findings in comparison to the control group which recorded a mean score of 18.9 with a standard deviation of 3.826. Overall, majority of the students are confident that the visual sketch method makes it easier for them to memorise facts in History. The indicators that determine service quality according to Kotler (2016) include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible or direct evidence. The results show that foreign ownership has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance, where the greater the foreign ownership, the lower the company’s sign for tax avoidance. The results of the study support the theory of legitimacy, explaining foreign ownership in gaining legitimacy from the community by not avoiding taxation.
