THE INFLUENCE OF DISCIPLINE, MOTIVATION, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF PT. PNM PARIAMAN BRANCH

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out: 1) the most dominant indicators on the variables of discipline, motivation, and work environment on employee performance, 2) Does discipline have a partial and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Does motivation partially and significantly affect employee performance? Employee performance, 4) Does the work environment partially affect employee performance, 5) Do simultaneously discipline, motivation, and work environment affect employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT.PNM Pariaman Branch with a population of 50 and a sample of 50 people using total sampling. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis descriptive analysis, coefficient of determination . The results showed: 1) Discipline partially positive and significant effect on improving employee performance, 2) partially positive and significant motivation in improving employee performance, 3) work environment partially positive and significant effect on improving employee performance, 4) Discipline , motivation, and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance, either directly or indirectly.
