Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the Factors Affecting Employee Loyalty of Hotel Guchi Pasaman Barat. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The type of data is quantitative data with primary data sources. The population used in this study were 33 employees of Hotel Guchi Pasaman Barat with a sample using purposive sampling, based on the criteria, the number of samples that met the requirements in this study were 32 employees of Hotel Guchi Pasaman Barat. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Career development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Hotel Guchi Pasaman West. (2) The leadership style partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Hotel Guchi Pasaman Barat. (3) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Hotel Guchi Pasaman Barat. (4) Career development (X1), leadership style (X2) and motivation (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at Guchi Pasaman Barat Hotel. (5) The contribution of the independent variables of career development (X1), leadership style (X2) and motivation (X3) to the dependent variable of employee loyalty (Y) is 0.605 or 60.5%. While the other 39.5% is influenced by variables outside this research such as education, facilities, compensation, work stress and others.
