THE EFFECT OF ONLINE LEARNING, ENVIRONMENT ON UNDERSTANDING OF LEARNING WITH MOTIVATION AS AN INTERVENING (CASE STUDY ON UNES BP STUDENTS 2020-2021)

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine: 1) the effect of online learning on the learning understanding of BP 2020-2021 students at Ekasakti University, Padang. 2) the influence of the environment on the understanding of learning at Ekasakti University, Padang. 3) The Influence of Motivation to Mediate Online Learning on Learning Understanding at Ekasakti University, Padang. 4) The Influence of Motivation to Mediate the Environment on Learning Understanding at Ekasakti University, Padang. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all students of the Faculty of Economics, Unes BP 2020-2021, which consisted of 548 people and a sample of 85 people based on simple random sampling. The results of research and hypothesis testing show 1) the effect of online learning on student learning understanding through the results of multiple linear regression data processing with a Sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, 2) the influence of the environment on understanding learning outcomes multiple linear regression data processing with a Sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, 3) The influence of motivation to mediate online learning on learning understanding through the results of path analysis data processing with a Sig value of 0.000 less than the value = 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05, 4) The influence of motivation can mediate the environment on learning understanding through the results of path analysis data processing with a Sig value of 0.003 which is smaller than the value of = 0.05 or 0.003 < 0.05.
