Abstract

A list of recapitulation of the realization of the implementation of activities at the Pesisir Selatan Regency Trade and Transmigration Office in 2019 which shows that in the implementation of activities the target for the realization of activities that have been set has not been achieved and this provides an overview of employee performance that has not fully demonstrated optimal work productivity. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on work productivity. Data collection methods are Field Research (Field Research) and Library Research (Library Research). Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The population used in this study were employees of the Department of Trade and Transmigration of Pesisir Selatan Regency as many as 38 employees and a sample of 38 people. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are (1) Organizational Culture has a partial and significant effect on Work Productivity, (2) Work Environment has a partial and significant effect on Work Productivity and (3) Organizational Culture and Work Environment have a simultaneous and significant effect on Work Productivity.
