Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the Effect of Compensation and Workload on Employee Morale at Bengkulu Toll Road Project PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The type of data is quantitative data with primary data sources. The population used in this study were Bengkulu Toll Road Project Employees PT. HutamaKaryaInfrastruktur, totaling 39 people with a sample using total sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The dominant indicator in the compensation variable is normative compensation as much as 83% in the category very good. The dominant indicator in the workload variable is the standard of work, which is 82% in the very good category. The dominant indicator on the work spirit variable is cooperation and job satisfaction, namely the value of each indicator as much as 83% in the very good category. (2) The compensation variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work morale. (3) The workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work morale. (4) The compensation variable (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on work morale (Y).
