THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 PADANG

Abstract

This study has the aim of testing and analyzing 1) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang. 2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang. 3) the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang. The population is 84 people and the sample is 84 people. The data analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination, while the hypothesis testing method is the t test and F test. The results of the study are 1) partially organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang, 2) partially the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang, 3) simultaneously organizational culture and work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (UP3) Padang. The contribution of the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of PT PLN (UP3) Padang employees is 69.9% while the remaining 30.1% is influenced by other variables outside this study such as self-development, and competence on employee performance.
