THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE, WORK CULTURE AND COMPENSATION ON WORK COMMITMENT OF THE AL FALAH PADANG FOUNDATION EMPLOYEES

Abstract

The Shine Al Falah Foundation whose existence focuses on empowering education for underprivileged communities (especially orphans and poor people) in West Sumatra is packaged in the form of a Minangkabau Village Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work culture and compensation on the work commitment of Padang Al Falah Foundation employees. Data collection methods are Field Research (Field Research) and Library Research (Library Research). The types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Education section at the Al Falah Padang Foundation as many as 42 people and a sample of 42 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are (1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on the work commitment of Al Falah Padang employees, (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work culture on the work commitment of Al Falah Padang employees, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on commitment the work of Al Falah Padang employees and (4) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style, work culture and compensation on the work commitment of Al Falah Padang employees.
