THE EFFECT OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT BIMA ARJUNA PRAKASA IN PADANG CITY

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze 1) the influence of the HR information system on the input function of human resources on employee performance at PT. Bima Arjuna Prakasa. 2) the influence of HR information system output function on employee performance at PT. Bima Arjuna Prakasa. 3) the influence of HR information system input function and HR information system output function on employee performance at PT. Bima Arjuna Prakasa. The population is 30 people and the sample is 30 people. The data analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and determinant coefficients, while the hypothesis testing method is t test and F test. The results of the study show 1. Partially, the HR Information System variable input function has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Bima Arjuna Prakasa in Padang City, 2. Partially, the HR Information System variable output function has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Bima Arjuna Prakasa in Padang City, 3. The HR Information System variable input function and HR Information System output function simultaneously or simultaneously has a significant and significant effect on employee performance. at PT Bima Arjuna Prakasa in the city of Padang, 4. The contribution of the influence of the HR Information System input function and the HR Information System output function on the performance of employees at PT Bima Arjuna Prakasa in the city of Padang amounted to 68.7 % while the remaining 31.3% was influenced by variables others that were not investigated in this study.
