Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze 1. the effect of work environment on employee performance case study at Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung 2. influence of work motivation on employee performance case study at Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung 3. influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance Case study At Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung. The population is 45 people and the sample is 45 people. The data analysis method is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and the determinant coefficient while the hypothesis testing method is the t test and F test. The results of the study Work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the case study at Bank Nagari Lubuk Alung, work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of case study employees at Nagari Lubuk Alung Bank Variables of work environment and work motivation simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of case study employees at Nagari Lubuk Alung Bank
