This study aims to determine the partial effect of leadership, work facilities and work ethic on employee motivation at bank nagari, Padang city. Data collection techniques in this study are documentation and observation (observation). The population of this study were all 120 employees of the Nagari bank in the city of Padang using the accidental sampling technique, so that the total sample was 54 respondents. This type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, with multiple regression testing, by testing the validity and reliability of the statement items for each variable and the t-test which is managed using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on work motivation of bank nagari employees in the city of Padang, this can be interpreted that the better the leadership of the Nagari bank in the city of Padang will increase. work facilities have a significant effect on the work motivation of bank nagari employees in the city of Padang, this can be interpreted that the better the work facilities owned by employees of the Nagari City Bank employees, the work motivation of employees of the Nagari City Bank employees will increase. Work ethic has a significant effect on the work motivation of bank nagari employees in the city of Padang, it can be interpreted that the better the work ethic of the employees of the bank Nagari in the city of Padang, the work motivation of the employees of Bank Nagari in the city of Padang will improve.
