Abstract

The results of this study aim to research and analyze the effect of work behavior, work discipline and work spirit simultaneously on employees during the covid 19 period at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang. The population of this research is the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang. The research sample used a total sampling of 50 employees. This sampling technique is total sampling so that a sample of 50 respondents is found. Data Analysis Method Using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are 1) work behavior partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in the city of Padang. 2) Work discipline partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in the city of Padang. 3) Work morale partially has no positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in the city of Padang. 4) Work behavior and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance during the COVID-19 period at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Padang City. And while work morale has no effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 period at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Padang City.
